We did the full repositioning cruise from Ft Lauderdale to Seattle in 2008 and 2009. In 2008 because of the way the schedule was set up no one could get on the ship in San Diego -- but we had quite a few people get off in San Diego. It was like a ghost ship. Absolutely nothing went on for the last 4 days of our cruise. Then in 2009 HAL changed the itinerary -- included Santa Catalina and instead of stopping in Victoria like we did in 2008 we stopped in Vancouver before going to Seattle. Quite a few people got off the ship in San Diego and quite a few got on to go to Vancouver. In Vancouver we had quite a few the one night cruise to Seattle.

Cruising is a wonderful way to enjoy retirement!!
Stopped counting after 110 cruises.
This cruise has no ports of call .. board in San Diego disembark in Vancouver and sea days in between...
The price of this get away was just to low to pass... $199 pp based on double.. Plus this cruise will kick me up to 3 stars...( I am one credit short)
Sounds like great fun. Enjoy.
my post got posted to wrong forum, sorry. Sounds like a fabulous cruise though!
