I don't know if you can get them from Concierge lounge.
In the daily paper it tells you when the tickets are available, they usually hand them out in front of Studio B where the ice shows are held.
It really is an amazing show.

    Good question.

How many ice shows do they have? Anyone know what nights they usually have it on Explorer Eastern route??

Where do us regular folks get the tickets? Can you get enough for your group? We have 8 in ours?

On Adventure, they announced early in the cruise when the shows would be, and asked everyone to get tickets. I waited until the rush was over, and went to the Guest Relations desk to pick ours up, and there were plenty left.

1- There were two nights with performances; we sent the second night.
2- the first night was when we were in Aruba til 1 or 2 am.

My impression is that the tickets are just for crowd control. They are FREE.
It was our first cruise on RCI, so we did not even know about a concierge. I'd bet that the Concierge could get them for you.

The tickets are for crowd control so they are free. Do get there early for a good seat, tho, there are some not so good seats. Normally you pick up your tickets in Studio B, they let you know when and for what show but we were with a group and they gave us our tickets. (which we ended up taking back because we went a different night) Jim, I'm sure you can get your tickets through your butler

    Hi Jim
yes the concierge has tickets, and will give you as many as you need (within reason of course). There are two shows. As others said, the reason to get there early is to get good seats but Studio B is not that big, most seats are pretty good. Definitely don't miss it, it's fabulous.
