I never would have predicted this, but once again I am cancelling a cruise. Bummer.

DH really liked Costa Maya, but it isn't there any more. We aren't beach people, so Cozumel has no real attraction for us. I ahd planned to visit the orphanage in Roatan, but it looks unlikely that that will be possible. The port that's left is Progreso which is a great place to be based if you want to see Mayan ruins, but not if you like to spend a lot of time at one. I thought we would take a tour of Chichen Itza', the most famous of the ruins, but you spend more time on the bus than you do at the site.

It's really a shame, since it would have been a great cruise. But as our TA pointed out, while Voyager is a great ship, we prefer a more adventurous itinerary.

We may go to a resort outside of Chichen Itza for a few days, but we will have to see.

There's always the 2nd Annual Official CLF Group Cruise... But it leaves out of Ft Lauderdale, which isn't going to do anything to entice your DH...

So anyone on this roll call now? Just booked this yesterday on the 'Happy Hour' sale. Just did this cruise in January, but might as well give it another go!

Surprised I was able to get such a good deal then. They must not be cruising. A few will be fun.
