Veendam is now berthed at the Manhattan Cruise Terminal next to Norwegian Gem.

Hope Earl has a great cruise, if I am around will try to capture the sailaway.

Intrepid has supplied the better pictures, as she sails past. Looks as if another aircraft carrier is along side of Intrepid.

An early morning report of Veendam progress from New York to Bermuda Hoping Earl is having a good night and a smooth crossing.

Earl has company heading down to Bermuda. As we can see from the global view thare are already 2 ships in Bermuda with 3 more on the way, including Earl's HAL Veendam.

It's interesting to note that the 2 ships already there are docked at King's Wharf, and the other 2 ships heading to Bermuda have their destination King's Wharf...but the Veendam will be docking at St. George for the first 2 days and then moving to King's Wharf for 3 days.

The Norwegian Gem, which is following behind the Veendam, has her bridge cam on and the seas look very calm for the Bermuda route. Generally speaking, some rough seas are encountered as the ships cross the Gulf Stream currents.
