The Empress Tea was OK, not the best devonshire cream(love that stuff), great tea cookies and sandwiches.
For THE BEST English tea, try the Sutton Place hotel, it was wonderful!
Shopping was great, there is a Sushi House that darn it Ican't remember the name of (off the beaten path type place, upstairs) that was mmmmwonderful!
I'd go back to Vancouver in an instant!
Gardens don't get me.....and we never did find china town, even after asking a cop who told us it was 'dangerous'!
We practically lived in S.F.'s chinatown....oh come on!

Last year we were in Victoria during a rainstorm and ended up at the Miniature Museum for two hours. It's amazing how detailed some of the exhibits were.
