Ally..  This is an all-inclusive one-stop shop for England!!! I've been to the Cotswolds and they are breathtaking!!! I've also been to London several times.
One thing (if I may suggest for us Americans), if you plan to visit London, remember the pound is MUCH stronger than the dollar. For this reason, if you're going to be in London a few days. Save yourself A LOT of money and purchase a London Pass with a Travel Card for the number of days needed. This card will allow entrance to almost all the main attractions and include transportation via Tube, Train, Bus and a couple waterways (the Tate waterway included).
When we bought ours for 3 days, it cost about $150 per person. For all the attractions we used it for and the transportation, we figure we saved about $50 per person as opposed to spending admission AT the attractions!! It was some of the best money we'd ever spent!!!
