Gorgeous. It reminds me of our Rose Bowl parade in Pasadena for New Years. Unlike the Rose Bowl yours does not appear to be anywhere near as commercialized.

Bet it is fun.

As I was walking from my tender today to the Isle of Jersey, there was this wonderful woman holding a piece of paper with my name on it. I knew immediately that it was Kiki. We had a wonderful short meeting and pictures, then I had to unfortunately leave for my island excursion. After returning to my ship this afternoon, I ran into friends who had a lovely tour of St. Helier from our very own Kiki. She had walked my friends around the town and had been a gracious hostess to friends of mine. How special did that make me feel!!!

Many thanks to Kiki for being such a wonderful ambassador to the Isle of Jersey. I want to return.....

Had such a great short visit with you. You were a real doll to take my friends under your wing and escort them around St. Helier. Many thanks.

My excursion was wonderful. I so loved the beautiful scenery of the island. So hope I can return some day.
