In my photo of Loch Lomond is the oldest or one of the oldest paddle steamers . There are plans to bring the steamer back to its former glory and sail on the Loch again. Modern boats take tourists sailing trips on Loch Lomond. kiki

The paddle steamer is called The Maid of the Loch.

Scotland was part of land tour we did many, many years ago - lovely -- lovely.

Went by the lake where the Lock Ness monster is suppose to be.

Even golfed at St Andrews -- terrible score -- but it was fun -- owed a small bundle for the balls we lost.

My wife dreams of a trip to Scotland. It is in our plans but not for several years. The picture is just gorgeous.

Makes me think it's time I went back to scotland. But I keep spending all my time and money on cruises

Scotland is high on our "to do" list, and we plan to do it in conjunction with England, Wales and Ireland.
