I used to live in Fitzroy Square just under the GPO tower, in the sixties. It was known as the Post Office Tower then. My daughter tells me its very very hot in London today, and it's pretty hot up here in the north (Yorkshire). About time too, that's what we say!

Here are a couple webcams in Southampton UK
On a clear day you get a good view of the QE2 Terminal on both cams. If you are lucky you can see P&O and RCCL ships as they make their way up or down the river.
