You don't say if you mind doing ship excursions. This is one of those times that I recommend you consider it because of your late arrival. If ship excursions are available, this time you might consider taking one, as most of the other tour alternatives run in the morning ( ie ferry to The Baths etc.) We have used a private dive company before for snorkel and scuba adventure, if you are interested in the company, I'll be happy to supply it. Also Patouche is in Tortola, and I can recommend them as well!!
