Yup, sure do. It depends on what kind of service I got as to what I will tip.
THey usually work very hard and deserve something.

I don't know about any of the other cruise lines, but the Elemis Spas on Celebrity ships automatically ad a 10% gratuity to spa services. Of course, they are hoping that you will add to that.
The one and only time I used the spa on a ship, I did add a tip.
