If we have the kids with us we have 6 or 7 bags. Ed usually gives the porter $20.00 and the cab or shuttle driver about $10.00. He has a bad back and doesn't fell bad about not doing much lifting that way.
BTW...a good tip usually gets our bags to our cabin in a very timely manner.

We always tip ALL porters and shuttle/cab drivers, we get the help and appreciate it

We, too, tip in the $1 to $2 per bag range depending upon whcih bags we have. For the heavy suitcases we always tip more.

My wife was a waitress for 27 years, so I over tip now cause I know they don't get squat for wages and tips are their livelihood. I tip $5 a bag to whoever handles them.

We tip $5 per bag and what service we see. Twice now when we return the porters we tipped coming in are chasing us down to help a second time. I have many freinds in the food service industry and tips are what they live on so we may be tipping too much but I've never had a bag handling issue.
