NCL states they will automatically add a $20/day tip to our stateroom charge for our upcoming cruise. They never state which service personnel share in this tip. Anyone have any more information?

We did prepaid gratuities and we tipped a little more on the last night. On our trip in January, 09, we also did prepaid. This time we plan to carry more cash for our attendants because the service was so great. It was well worth the extra. Our room was always spotless, clean towels morning and night. We had towel animals each night. Maybe we just like the fact that with 2,000 guests on board the attendants remember what you like after the first night. We saw our waitress in a shop in port and she walked over and spoke to us. How can you not tip good service. Prepaid, one less thing to take my mind away from my trip.
