The selling part never even occured to me.Booked the cruise on Friday and made a mental packing list half the night.Well then. I'll add a bottle of massage cream to the list, hand it to my husband and hope for the best!

On Celebrity, the tip is automatically added to your bill. I can't remember the percentage. Of course, they would be VERY HAPPY if the passenger added something! I never do. I feel the whole treatment is expensive enough.
As for the hard sell, if you tell them at the beginning that you are not interested, they won't bother you. Having said that, their products are not bad. You may actually like to try one.
A (free!) tip from me....watch the daily papers for the specials. You can save a lot on treatments that way.
Enjoy!
thanks to all who responded. I think I will tell them ahead of time that I do not want the sales pitch. And I will probably tip the standard 15%. if I feel it is warranted.
Thanks again.
