We have also put some cash into an envelope and give to the kids' program staff on the last night.

We always added them on our account while onboard on our Carnival cruises, we did this on our Cabin TV.

The Explorer cruise we were just on delivered forms to your stateroom for you to fill out and drop in a box by Guest Relations to add them.

We always add an extra $1 per drink that we order onto the slip they give you to sign for your SeaPass, etc. For our cabin steward we normally add extra cash in their envelope in addition to the pre-paid amount.

I also agree that they should just include them in the cruise fare.

My big pet peeve I have now is that Royal Caribbean lists the Fuel Supplement under the Optional Items...if it's an "Option" I'd like not to have it
