    Star Princess Balcony

Has anyone sailed on the Star BB category on Caribe Deck? We are really looking forward to having a larger balcony. Since we have always had a smaller balcony in the past we were curious what these balconies on Caribe deck had for chairs and tables. Do they have lounge chairs? Just curious who has this information on the set up and can share it with me. Thanks.

Caribe deck on all Princess ships are the best. We sailed on the Caribbean Princess...some configuration as the Star. We had a Caribe Deck cabin. The balcony is very large and half covered. We had 2 lounge chairs, a table and 2 side chairs and a foot stool with room to spare. Loved it!!!!!!! Folks on the Baja deck can look down on you and on the Dolphin deck can look up at you, but if privacy is an issue, you are pretty private under the covered section. But people really don't bother. We would take a Caribe deck cabin again in a heart beat.

    Got this from a review!!

We had 4 balcony cabins, C702, 704, 706 & 708 and one inside C712 on the Caribe deck. For people traveling with a group and wanting to use the balconies for group gatherings the Caribe deck on the Grand class ships is probably the best. The balconies are the largest, close to 10 feet deep and partially covered. Each balcony had two padded lounge chairs, a small end table, two dining size chairs and a three foot dining table.
Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me! I want people to know why I look this way. I've traveled a long way, and some of the roads weren't paved.

I agree with the two prior posters. The balcony's are quite a bit bigger on the Caribe deck. We've had them and really enjoyed the extra space.

I also didn't mind having some look down on us! Those larger balconies are great!

I think any balcony is a great balcony .. the bigger the better! We were on the Aloha Deck on the Star and it was great! It is smaller than the rest but it was great anyway. We are on the Riviera Deck on the Caribbean this coming October. We can't wait! I couldn't imagine sailing without a balcony.

We were on the Star on our honeymoon. We had a BD, on the Baja deck, and we were able to look down onto the people in balconies below us.

Here is a pic of a balcony on the Aloha Deck. This photo really makes it easy to see the different sizes of the balconies
