I just looked at the latest photos Frank added. The Star will be her beautiful self soon, real soon!
I know Frank has posted that he hopes to be at the yard when she sails. This is dependant on exactly when she does. If it is Sat morn (his time) he may not make it as he has another appointment. Be a shame for him to miss it after all this time and work he has into this project!
Just read a post from Frank. While at the shipyard a worker told him the ropes will be removed at Sat 11 a.m. his time so that will be Sat morning 5 a.m. EST in our country. Adjust accordingly for your time zone if you wish to watch her sail away!

You all have got to view Franks site one more time. He has added a video of the Star actually leaving. You will see many of the crew on the balconies waving. They are thanking the workers at the shipyard for all their hard work in getting the Star back on the seas! http://www.essorg.de/sp/
I have just found an e address for the gentleman that did all this and sent him a big hearty thank you from the CLF members that have been able to enjoy his pictures!

This is just amazing they got the job done in such a little time.
Don't forget, the striping of the burnt out cabins was done in Freeport, Grand Bahama, so all they had to do once it arrived in Germany was start installing the new stuff, and they are good and fast at what they do. Wouldn't surprise me if they worked day and night.
