Her car/truck was parked out back of her house when I looked

As I started zooming in the area looked like it had a lot more trees; it's deceiving Trust me, we don't have that many trees to shade our house!

Wow the time has gotten away from me again! I have to go let Diva out, her paws are probably crossed I'll catch you later

    Hi Lars

Wow, we must have just missed each other last night/this morning. Sorry about that! I didn't even realize you were online I was busy playing in the Off Topic area and I had 5 different windows open reading things about Curacao. I am getting very excited for this cruise

What a busy morning! I need a nap now I have way too many things on my list of things to do! I have to take Mom to the bank where we need to go to the Customer Service area; pick up my 1 prescription for a med that my pharmacy never has when I call in my refill, you'd think they'd order based on their database and let Diva out at lunch...something tells me I will need more than 1 hour! Well I guess Boss will just have to deal with it

I did hear from Coral World about the Sea Lion Swim, I'm not sure if I mentioned that yet? The Swim with Sea Lion excursion is $106 per person; they don't give you the price online...I see why! With the price you get all day admission to Coral World, but I do think it's geared more towards kids than adults, Mike will be happy! Kidding!!!

BTW, when I came back from lunch yesterday I scrolled through the google map real quick and my car was at my work! Gotta love those maps! I wish I knew when they were going to take the picture; I'd run outside and wave

    HI Judy
When you start planning the exitement creeps up in you aswell Its less then 3 months and you are planning some really fun things to do in the ports AND you have a GS.
$106pp is a bit steap dont you think?? Do you plan to stay there all day or only for the swim with the sea lions???
We have been to the Norwegian Consulate this morning and they are translating what we need. We are picking up the translation tomorrow.
"A" is on the phone to the Cuban Conculate but its always a busy line - They are open for the public until 6pm, another 45 minutes.
We are planning to go to a "botanical garden" tonight. Its a beautiful place with hammocks etc. They charge Euros 10 cover charge and then we get a pot of tea, cake and fruits. Its a lovely place. We have been there twice already
Here is the link (I am not sure if I have posted it before for you to see????)

Wow Lars, the Botanical Garden place is beautiful! Is it also a hotel? I watched the clip and they were showing what looked like a guest room with shower. I wouldn't mind staying at a place like that for a trip

The Sea Lion Swim is on the steep side, I agree. My plan was to only stay there for 1/2 the day, if that. There is a beach within walking distance from Coral World and then you can come back and use the Coral World facilities to freshen up; but you know how I feel about "beach" days. I'd just as soon go back on the ship...the pool is right there!

Ok, maybe this is a time to talk about "why" I'd spend that kind of money One of the biggest things that could happen to me with my hyperthyroidism is that I could go blind My meds are controlling the thyroid, but it can happen even while being treated. When I go to the specialist he's really been checking out my eyes and reflexes in my eyes, following his hand/finger and whatnot. Everything feels fine to me, no one has said anything is wrong with my sight, but I am aware that there is the possibility it could happen. Ok, enough talk of that!

My final payment for the cruise is due June 28th! It's getting close and that is when it will feel very real I haven't heard back from them yet about my adjustment in price/OBC. If that doesn't happen by tomorrow, I'll give them a call.

I hope "A" gets through to the Consulate! This passport thing would be driving me nuts! It sure does seem like the Cuban and Spanish governments don't know what their doing! Lars, you are 6 days from flying home!

Today is my 21st wedding anniversary and I'm going to dinner....with T She's been having a rough week, so I said let's get you out and go to dinner
