MSC's Sinfonia, according to a sale flyer, leaves from Valencia. I haven't been able to find the sailing that does, but their flyer has it on there
1000 was for an inside cabin.
I did see the Sinfonia leaving from Valencia also. The thing with MSC Cruises is that they have embarkation in Spain, France and Italy.
But, yes, the prices for the Sinfonia wasvery good also.

Ya know, you could always cruise the Caribbean Although, it's beaches, lighthouses, parties, watersports so not as much historical stuff to see.

I did ask Mike if the house stuff fell through and we weren't moving if he'd be interested in a cruise and he said "I guess I would" so I told him some options and he stared off into space I'm guessing he's not really gung-ho about it!

shoot, it's 5pm, time to leave here I'll be back when I get home, not sure what's going on there...Mike must still be working I haven't heard from him all day..
Norway cruise in October?? no, I think the season is over then but there is always hurtigruten!!
You just have to work harder on Mike and cruising!! He would need a nice break when all this house buisness is over.

The board is here at work now so I am guessing we will know next week if its closing May 31 or not. Judy, I really hope so. This way we can move and get on with our life

I will be here for a while longer. (hours) I dont feel like going to bed right now. Still not sleeping right.

OHH I didn't mean Norway cruise in October; I meant if you were moving to Norway in July or August! It would be downright cold and icy cruising there in October And, this is coming from a person who loves the winter

So we could jump on the Sinfonia in Valencia regardless of it's "official" embarkation? Or is it that YOU can jump on it since I'm a US Citizen?

Mike is still working, but he's on his way home. I ordered cheese steak hoagies for dinner, neither one of us feels like cooking and they're here already!

I like the MSC Splendida itinerary for a Med cruise. The Lirica itinerary looks wonderful for a Northern Europe cruise. I love that Amsterdam departure, nonstop flights plus seeing Amsterdam

You can jump on the Sinfonia regardless of where you are from.
VTG has the departures from Valencia.
The MSC Cruises web site is strange I think. If I click on the Spanish version I get cruises not available if I click on the US version and vica versa. Its a lot of work that one
MSC Cruises is a cruise line to watch out for. Also, and I have said this before so is the new ship from Costa, the Costa Luminosa. A completly different ship then the rest of the Costa fleet. Their fares are really wondrful also.

I dont have any problems falling asleep. Its staying asleep that the problem

One more thing about MSC Cruises. Their onboard currency is the Euro and their speciality restaurants has all the dishes individually priced.

That's a neat idea to jump on where it's better for you! Wish they had that here in the States. We have to watch our ports of call, some stupid maritime law about US ports or something? I think you can't go to 2 back to back US or something? Anyway, it's dumb and it's probably a 200 years old law that no longer should apply.

I agree both MSC and Costa's websites are tough to navigate and find what you're looking for. Royal's is the best with their quick search boxes. The rest, it's like idiot search, click on place, then day, then depature, etc...it's a waste of time; I know what I'm looking for give me the search by "whatever" box!

Wow that could be an expensive cruise then...unless they reduce it because it's in Euro, but that would be rare I wonder, are they on US or Euro currency when they do a Caribbean cruise? I would imagine the dollar, but maybe not?

Mike is home so I'm going to eat dinner. If you head to sleep sweet dreams, if not, I'll be back on a little bit later.
