I just checked out the Sea Blaster tour because now we can reserve it, and the price has gone up to $64 for an adult on Princess. Its $51 for kids under 12. Wow I really would like to know if it goes to Trunk Bay because thats on my to due list.

No, it doesn't go to Trunk Bay.

We always love going to St.John ... especially Trunk Bay. Noticed in your other thread you are considering going on the Red Hook Ferry which should work out find for you since you're in St. Thomas all day. Another consideration is taking that "Champagne Catamaran to St.John" (or whatever Princess is now calling the sailing catamaran going there) which has always been one of our favorites.

Some way, some how GO TO ST.JOHN!

Note: The ONLY reason we took the "Sea Blaster" is because we didn't have time to go to St.John. Will say, however, the "Sea Blaster" turned out to be lots of fun and also had a beautiful snorkel stop!

Thanks LULU. I've tried snorckling bofore in Cozumel off the beach, but didn't do very good because of the waves. Someplace calm would be great!

Personally, I thought Sea Blaster was awful. The "skipper" was rude and so was the girl handing out the equipment! She acted hostile toward everyone. I wouldn't recommend this trip to even my worst enemy..... Sorry

At our suggestion our daughter and son-in-law are taking our granddaughters (10 & 14) on this shore excursion on their upcoming cruise in April because it will be a fun filled (no down time) 4 hours which includes a wonderful stop to swim & snorkel in gentle "fish bowl" clear water.

(My DD likes it because it will still give her time to shop in St.Thomas! )

Bottom Line: No way we'd ever want our grandchildren doing this if we had not liked it!

Reporting back from April! Our daughter, son-in-law, and both granddaughters LOVED this excursion! They said the captain and crew were super nice and they thought it was a totally wonderful thing to do!
