Well how much was it then? I'll accept your answer even if it is an educated guess. That's a long time for me to remember but it seemed reasonable. The reason we haven't done it since is because it is way more expensive now.

Last time we rode the skyride, it was $17 per person.

I like St Thomas, but I prefer St John's. One thing about St Thomas that I really like is the drive on Skyline Drive.

Still enjoy it

St Thomas was my favorite island for a while, but now it is more busy, so we just look a little harder and make certain we have plans out of the city itself. St John is so beautiful, but then so are several other beaches on the island.

ST.THOMAS first couple of times was okay, but now it seems to be same ole same ole. If I went now, I would just enjoy the shops and a good lunch somewhere. To me now, just not much to do there.

Talking

We absolutely love St. Thomas. I grew up there partially in the 80's and my wife and I were back on a cruise for our Honeymoon, 1st anniversary and just this past February (Valentine's day) We just spent a week there in May (4th anniversary) and plan to make going back a regular 'ting.

I am really offended when I hear that the people "are pushy" there. Be polite and just say "no thank you" The easiest way to give away that you're "off the ship" is to immediately try to wheel and deal. Show some courtesy, say "Good Morning" or " Good Afternoon" Be nice, and treat people with the respect they deserve.

My favorite time on St. Thomas is actually when no ships are in. The beaches are quiet and things are much more relaxed. Remember, you are guest and behave like one.

Wish we had a lawyer season in Washington DC. I bet everyone would try to bag their quota.
