Maybe there aren't any! I have never seen them, but that doesn't mean they don't exist. Perhaps no one answered because they didn't know the answer. Have you done a google search?

Don't know if this is exactly what you're looking for, but there are coupons for just about all the ports of call you may be going to. We use these when we're going scuba diving.
