We were there in March 1994. Dont know how much it has changed, But I was very entertained. There are a lot more things to see than just the sea life. I have several photos of where 3 parots came over and sat on my head hands and shoulder. One kept trying to eat my little paper name sicker I had on. The flamingos were a beautiful color too. We ended up buying a puffer fish (Not alive) in their gift shop. That was the highlight of my ex-DHs trip! I recomend to go if you get the chance.

In 2003 it probably looked almost exactly like you remembered it (with the exception, possibly, of the underwater tower.) Things change very slowly down there which is really nice!

I really don't know. When we went, we just walked around. It started raining just as we were getting ready to go to Coki Beach, so we left. I think the beach is free.

If i remember, Coral World was the marine/ tropical exhibits. The beach next door is separate entity and well worth it if you want to lounge on a beautiful beach or do some basic snorkeling. Now, Coral World also has diving helmets (extra charge) and the helmet scooters (also additional charge) Basically for the $19.00 admission, you stay dry. The admission does give you admission to their underwater tower for those who want to see sea life but don't want to get wet. It is a hit or miss. Sometimes you really see great stuff, other times you don't . We saw a school of somethings that had set up a major nest right under one of the portholes. Adults and babies everywhere!

The mango forest is nice and if you want to see iguanas, that is the place. We saw some large ones just lolling around.

There is no Coral Beach on St.Thomas, it is Coki Beach, and it is right next to Coral World.
Duffy's Love Shack is lots of fun but only at nights, so if you're on the ship I don't think you want to do Duffy's.

Hi Lortee, I don't think you want to do Coral World thru the ship when you can pick up a Island tour for $25.00 per person and then pay your way to Coral World plus your tour guide will have a $4.00 off coupon to Coral world.
