Hiya! I haven't found the fun forums yet, but I'm trying to learn as much as I can from these forums to get the most out of cruising, as well as provide some of my own limited experience. We have been so lucky to meet so many nice people that, that is essentially what our cruises are all about.

Ken (ksiffer) finally showed up on the "RCI response to Mariner 4/26 sailing" thread and I mixed you two up.
And you will find CLF is nothing at all like CC......thank goodness. People respect each other here, no snarky posters, everyone is helpful and friendly, and yes we can also have fun too.

Hi Bob! If you're talking about me, the PM setting really does slow down my comptuter so I just use frubals for messages. (I'll send you some more when I get that required 5 in between.)
Often, when folks first come over from the Dark Side (as we call CC) to post on CLF as well, it takes a while for them to understand they won't be flamed. CLF only requires that you be nice to all and not to post anything vulgar.

Hmmm, I'm already in the witness protection program having dropped out of the sky into area 51, given a pair of sunglasses, a coconut straw hat, an aloha shirt, and a new cabin in a different cruiseline every couple weeks. Hanna has been plying me with the frubs but won't take my martian kronas. What will I do, THE list intrigues me and the mystery scares me as much as when people first see me. I can't smile; no teeth. I speak without moving my lips; no lips. You know? I don't think this WPP really works for me. THE list may work for me. I don't know.
