St Maarten Park is a combination of a small petting zoo, Botanical and floral Garden that is also the home of Caribbean and American Tropical plants, Birds and Animals.

They also have a little playground with a jungle gym and swing to mention a few things in the park. Not forgetting a really cute souvenir store on your way out

My favorite would be the beautiful, tropical, colorful, exotic parrots of the Caribbean. They house over 80 different species of birds. Parrots, toucans, owls, forest and wetland birds are just to name a few.

There is also a walk-in bat and reptile aviary for you brave bat and snake loving visitors.

They are located minuets away from Philipsburg which is the Dutch capital and the main shopping area on the Dutch side on the Great Salt Pond.

My Husband, the boys and I enjoyed it and every now and again we go visit our friends and see whats new there
