We are thinking of just heading to Little Bay Beach while we are here in April... any thoughts?

I haven't been to this beach... been to Sapphire Beach, I think.

We will have two 16 year old boys with us... so I am not keen on hitting Orient Beach, lol....

Thoughts...

Sapphire is in St. Thomas USVI.

Nothing wrong with Orient IMHO....loved it and can't wait to go back. Great beach.

Little Bay looks very nice, but it's on Dutch St. Maarten not across the border in St. Martin. It's much closer to Philipsburg.

I have no problems staying on the Dutch side, lol...

That would have been Maho Beach.

We went there too...
Very narrow strip of beach. The big draw is...it's on the end of an airport runway and the planes drop right over your head. Exciting for some...but our FD is on a runway...and I vacation to get AWAY for it!

There is some good shopping over on the Dutch side as well...worth a look.
