    St.Kitts -- Your Opinion

If you wish, please give your reasons. They could be very helpful to those who haven't been and are considering going.

Some places that you must go on St.Kitts, The Mariott hotel it is huge. A must see is the Fort I forgot the name of it but u have to see it. the cane fields, not as many as 10/15 years ago but still nice to see. I actually went to school in St.Kitts for a few days.

Are you planning a cruise to St.Thomas V.I.

We've never found a beach we've liked on St.Kitts (still trying) .... BUT always enjoy taking the Catamaran Sail to Nevis!

That's why this is a good thread. I have never gone to the beach on any island, since I live at the beach. I was in the country and the mountains in St. Kitts. Multiple opinions from different perspectives will help the next cruiser.

I am going on one of my upcoming cruises, and plan to do the Volcano Hike!

Wish HAL would offer more cruises to St Kitts other than the Maasdam.

We have been there twice and really liked the place.

We have been there 3 times and enjoyed the island each time. I would like to go back, since it has been awhile.

I would like to ask those that went and enjoyed St Kitts, what did you do? The cruise tours are a bit to pricey because we're traveling with a few too many with limited budgets. If the beaches are not to nice where else? Thank you for your suggestion.

The post by Sunnydaze (right here on the St.Kitts board) with her site listed for St.Kitts is GREAT! You'd enjoy it! Keep going past the history because there is quite a bit of USEFUL info with taxi prices on pages 2 & 3 ... "A Day at the Beach" , etc.

    Promise, it's well worth reading!
