I'm sure you'll get the best deal. As soon as I know where we will be staying, which city, I'll think about the plane reservations. We will be coming in on the 6th to Seattle and staying where you guys stay, taking the day trip out of Vancouver, again staying wherever you stay, and flying out on the 15th. Just have to figure how late to make the flight. Now, I'm getting excited.

Well, the Courtyard has upped the offer, now including breakfast and bay view rooms. The Courtyard Pioneer Square is now under a major renovation and we will have all new furniture and bedding. I'm waiting for the new contract and will make a decision soon.

hi, i will be staying at the BEST WESTERN EXEC INN in SEATTLE for two nights after the alaska cruise. My choice because it was near the SPACE NEEDLE . i have had some different reports about it, so has anyone stayed there. Not going till september. kiki

I stayed at the BW Loyal Inn a couple of years ago and did an inspection of the BW Executive INN. It was a nice property but too far from downtown where most of the restaurants and attractions are. There is a free bus that you can take covering most of the area from the King St. Amtrak Station to the Space Needle.

I have a great group rate at the Courtyard Marriott and will finalize Monday.

I have space booked the 2 nights before and the 1 night after the cruise.

hi, i wanted to be next to the space needle, not too bothered about downtown as i am om my own. I was disappointed in NCL as they dont do pre and post cruise stays, so i now have to find my own way from the ship to my hotel and my own way to the airport. They are transfering passengers from the ship to a hotel and they still said i wouldn't be included as i was staying on in seattle. I booked fly and cruise , so i am not happy at being left when the ship docks. I was quite prepared to find my own way to the airport as i wasn't on the scheduled flight back, but i think i could have been taken with the others to the hotel. They didn't know what hotel passengers would be taken to until the flight home or i could have booked in there. ( not a happy chappy ) kiki

Sorry, I didn't know you were on a different cruise than the Spirit. We're discussing the arrangements I have made for people sailing the Spirit on 09-07-2010.

No need to be sorry, if the info is of use to you, that's great.
You might want to check more about staying close to the Space Needle as there is little there except Seattle Center and the Space Needle. Just my opinion, you would have much more to see and do downtown. The area around the Space Needle at night is rather deserted and not much to do then either.
