Last time we were there we went to the Seattle center. Hal had never been in the Space Needle so it was a must see. Also went to the Science Center.
There is also a music experience and a Sci-Fi museum next to the Space Needle. Haven't been to them, but my brother has numerous times.
Pike Street Market is always fun.
The best seafood is at IVARS. Had to laugh, we didn't get to Ivars while in Seattle but at the airport had fish & chips at Ivars before we flew home. Ivars had a fast-food type restaurant at the airport (Sea-Tac).
Anthony's is another great seafood restaurant and not too expensive. One time I had the most amazing Rainier Cherry Chocolate ice cream. They buy from a small business that makes the ice cream daily and delivers for same day freshness! Yummmmm

Anthony’s Pier 66 is located on the downtown Seattle waterfront in the same building as Anthony’s Bell St. Diner and Anthony’s Fish Bar. Anthony’s Pier 66 is a premier Northwest seafood restaurant with panoramic views of the downtown Seattle skyline, Mt. Rainier, and Elliott Bay's boating activity. Anthony's Pier 66 features fresh Northwest seafood simply prepared, in a contemporary, sophisticated waterfront setting.
We ate at an amazing restaurant just north (to the right if you are facing the market) of Pike Street Market. Wonderful meal with a great view. Small city park area between it and the market.
That's it at Pier 66. I've spent many nights in the hotels in that area when I'm in Seattle for work. I'm not a fish lover but most of my associates are so I go and make sure to same room for a great dessert!

Yes everyone loves seafood in the PNW. I think I was the only one that didn't. Every family occasion was salmon. Don loves it! I stuck to the veggies and salads.....

More news about the new Terminal 91 cruise facility located below the Magnolia Bridge. The world’s largest cruise line, Carnival Cruises, will begin calling on Seattle’s new Smith Cove Cruise Terminal next year.
The Smith Cove Terminal opens on April 12 at Pier 91. It replaces a temporary cruise terminal near Safeco Field that served cruise passengers for several years before the port converted it back to cargo use.
