Talking Barcelona security check
I understand that after going through the security check at the Barcelona port, we will be able to shop in a tax-free area. Will our carry on baggage be checked again after we shop? If we board the ship, can we go back and do some tax free shopping before we depart? Thanks in advance for your help. If this posted twice please excuse me.

The times I have cruised out of Barcelona the ships (RCI) had a security screen at the gangway, right where we had our security picture taken.
You can go ans shop until you drop but if its alcohol then most likely the ship will keep it until you depart.
