From what my TA has told me its entirely down to type of cabin you wish to book.
Basically seeing as they have inside, outside and balcony cabins that are for singles on all their ships, they tend to price twins up individual to their standard, rather than a blanket single percentage of say 150 or 200% of the cruise price.
They also offer extremely good early booking discounting too, often upto around 45% for all cabins, inc singles...which again the main lines tend not to be so willing to do.
You can book either direct or through a TA and all their cruises have pages online with their fares...and no need to get the calculator out either...
An example in my March cruise next year...

The pricing shows the normal and the discounted for each category in an easy to read way.
My mini cruise next month was advertised in the brochure for an outside single cabin as in the region of £700 but online they are doing it as £295 guaranteed cabin, which could be a single or a twin used as a single....

Like I said, they are really good value for money. On fly cruises they charter their own aircraft, so you share the plane with passengers who are on the ship with you, they dispense with the usual immigration procedures etc and have heavily subsidised travel from home to airport/port too.
