Thread: Experienced Silversea Cruise Passenger- Advice Required

Have any past passengers noted any significant changes on the Silversea cruises recently. I have once sailed on this line once (the cost is prohibitive for me), however, it was the best cruise experience I have had. I have noted that the prices have become more affordable recently (free air transportation) and I am seriously considering going on a second cruise with this line. Has any frequent passengers on the Silversea fleet noted a fall in the standards and if so would you consider them significant. Thanks

Thanks so much for asking your question. I do think Silversea has suffered the same economic crunch the rest of the cruise lines suffered and had to do some price shaving in order to remain competitive....although not too much price reduction, unfortunately. I can only imagine the level of service to have remained very high...their customer base demands it. But, I shall let some more experienced with the line take a stab at your question in detail.
