Thread: Silhouette Aug 10 2011

We are looking forward to our cruise to the eastern Mediterranean from Rome on Aug 10th. The only concern is that it might become a cruise to no where. Egypt is off the itinerary and yesterday rockets from Gaza overflow another stop, Ashdod, Israel. Oh well.....at least it's a new ship.

I'm sure Celebrity will give you a great cruise even if the ports of call must be rearranged because of the unrest in some of your scheduled ports.

We have sailed on the sister ships to Silhouette ...Solstice and Equinox, and will be on the Eclipse in just a few weeks! They are our favorite Celebrity ships now!

I hope some of our other members will be joining you on this sailing.

The Silhouette was wonderful. Great crew and fellow passengers. Everything went even better than planned. Thank goodness we weren't on Costa. Our next cruise might be on Voyager of the Seas which is moving to our part of the world......Macao, Hong Kong and China.
