After we'd paid in full for the trip!! But a few phone calls and emails later we got the deal of a lifetime on another Radisson cruise. We got an awesome way upgraded suite, great price, better itinerary, and so on. They are really the best at customer service and they were a joy to deal with.
From a customer's standpoint, I would want to know why the ship was being drydocked. But from a business owner's point of view, I can see how there might be some things they just don't want out there. A little knowledge can be a dangerous thing in the hands of the media and rumor mongers!
