At WHAT age to "Senior Rates" apply? Does this vary from cruise line to cruise line?

55 is the norm i think... i just use my AARP card which i can get at age 50... DP is in his Early 60's so if they try to press the issue we use his birth-date as documentation

55 is the norm, correct Joey!

You only need one person in the cabin to be senior to both get the discount...

I just got something from Walgreens for spending $10 there: a free membership to AARP. I just got to fill out the form and send it in within the next couple of days. I'm tempted.

On my last cruise on Celebrity - they offered a senior discount, a past passenger discount and a California resident discount - take your pick - they were all the same. Unfortunately, you could NOT combine them.

I have found that on RCL they are around but not easy to see.
If you look up the price of a cruise and start an online booking, you can see if there is a senior or resident rate.

At one time I thought they we discriminatory but now that I can use them, they are a good thing.
