Here's from the Port of Seattle website:
Parking at Bell Street Pier Cruise Terminal

The Bell Street Pier garage is available to all cruise passengers. Conveniently located directly across Alaskan Way from the cruise terminal, it offers 1,700 spaces of covered, secure parking. Friends and family who pick up or drop off cruise passengers also are encouraged to use the garage while visiting the cruise terminal.
  • Fee: $14.00 per day.
  • You may prepay for parking online through Republic Parking at http://www.rpnw.com. (When you prepay, parking is guaranteed; no reservations needed.)
  • Location: 9 Wall Street. Enter at the corner of Alaskan Way and Wall Street. See map for directions.
  • 25 handicap parking stalls.
  • No oversize or RV parking is available in the garage. Vehicles must be less than 6'6" high.
  • Republic Parking operates the garage. Questions? Call the garage staff at (206) 783-4144.
  • The price to park from 10-24 hours will change from $14.00 to $16.00 on April 1, 2007.
Parking at Terminal 30 Cruise Facility
  • Fee: $12.00 per day.

If you're going on Princess, you'll probably be leaving from #30 (which is right near the sport arenas).

I see it has been pretty much answered.
Terminal 30 has it, Pier 66 does not.
You could park at 30 and take a cab to 66. The distance is about 2 miles.

Princess and HAL use 30
NCL uses 66
So far it is not known where RCL will be, I think it will end up at 66.

In 2008 Terminal 30 will no longer be a cruise terminal. I will be be keeping up with the plans on the new terminal at pier 91.
