Thread: Best Caribbean Snorkeling

Anyone snorkeled any other wonderful places on a WESTERN Caribbean Itinerary>?

We need several more to create a Top Ten Poll.

I added the Barrier Reef off Roatan.
Does the first item on the list cover what you had in mind when you said Barrier Reef off Belize?

Barrier Reef at Turneffe Atoll, Belize
Geoff's Cay, Belize
Coral Cay, Roatan
Montego Bay Marine Park, Montego Bay
Palancar Reef, Cozumel
Sting Ray City, Grand Cayman
Ambergris Cay, Belize
Barrier Reef, off Roatan
Eden Rock, Grand Cayman

I've just added Eden Rock, Grand Cayman.

That brings the Western Caribbean snorkeling spots list to 9. Now, we just need one more to get a top ten poll started!



BTW - we could sure use a few more TOP TEN LISTS. DETAILS HERE.

On St. John, we liked the snorkeling much more at Cinnamon Beach than at Trunk Bay, so please add Cinnamon to the list.

The reef at Cozumel was our favorite before the hurricane; I hope it has recovered.

We are looking forward to snorkeling on St. Lucia next cruise; I have seen some marvelous pictures of the snorkeling there.

Well, still looking for just one more suggestion for a great snorkeling site in the Western Caribbean so I can get that Top Ten Poll posted...
