Went on the Sapphire for a spring break cruise in 2006 to Mexico with 50 relatives and friends to celebrate my parents 50 wedding anniversary, what a blast!! The food was the superlative, the best we ever had. The room steward was always available, believe me my kids lost their room keys more times than I could count and he even found my son’s favorite shorts when they were misplaced. We had a cocktail party with a beautiful cake that we ordered before the trip. The teen age kids loved the Jazz music in the lounges, and would all swing dance until the bands stopped playing. (Then they would go to a different lounge and start to dance again)
Going again, my parents had so much fun they told the in-laws and now it’s their 50th anniversary. We’re planning to go spring break on the Caribbean Princess to the Eastern Caribbean.

I so agree with that, Sapphire was beautiful. Love looking at the pictures, I did post some of them in the gallery under ships. Hope you enjoy
