There is a little info here....

The guide covered sooooo much info. Native trees, plants, flowers, wildlife. Annual rainfall. Local culture and heritage. He made several photo stops, and took us to scenic and historic places. He took photos if you asked him to, of course I have yet to meet someone who won't.... This rainforest is unique. None of the other islands we went to have one. (we checked) The trails are slippery - moss and algae grow abundantly so wear shoes with some tread on them. The scenery is very lush, green and tropical. If you get the chance to visit San Juan, this is a must see. There is shopping in every port, but there is not a rainforest in every port. Don't miss it.

Spent a week in San Juan last December and did go to the Rain Forest. If you have limited time, i would spend it walking around Old San Juan - going to El Convento in Old San Juan - an old convent that is a hotel. Or go to the Beach in Condodo and pay $5 for a beach chair with some awesome beach attendants.
