Thread: Bioluminescent Bay tour w/o kayak?

Does anyone know of a tour in Puerto Rico of one of the bioluminescent bays that doesn't require kayaking? We have a couple of people on our cruise this November that won't be able to kayak but would really love to experience this natural wonder. Any suggestions would be great!

You are right, it is a great experience. One of the couples with us on one of our cruises did this and said it was phenomenal.

Can't you just have someone paddle the kayak for Lorrie?

This site says that tour the bay via electric pontoon boat. Island Adventures Biobay Tours, Vieques Island - Puerto Rico

I've never done the tour or used them and don't know if this is an option that would work, but wanted to pass along the link.

We did contact this vendor but unfortunately the tour in Vieques requires and overnight stay because it is an island off of Puerto Rico. Back to the drawing board

Thank you so much for the info. We only wish there was a non-kayak option for us to see this wonderful phenomenon but maybe next time.
