Question Do you have a Favorite thing to do in San Juan?

When you have a port stop in San Juan, do you have a FAVORITE thing to do?

If so ... PLEASE ... tell us about it!

Just walk the streets and admire the architecture. It is such a pretty town, reminds me of San Francisco but with a Hispanic flair.

Last visit, I stayed right on the ship. It was the nicest place in San Juan.

We have been there only twice. Once we just goofed around walking in town. That was fine.
The second time, we did use tour46 (Victor) for the day. He was an awesome tour guide. He was waiting for us right on time, we climbed in his van, and off we went to see San Juan. He stopped for us wherever we wanted (even for ice creams). With his help, we saw pretty much everything there was to see. At the end of the day, he dropped us off at the fort and we walked back to the ship from there. It was mostly downhill

Pat- I did not find anything there that I needed (or wanted)

Victor- What type of fritters? Sounds interesting.

Any suggestions for a good, authentic Puerto Rican Restaurant in San Juan? We will be staying for 2 days pre-cruise, and wanted to find a nice place to eat.
