I also spoke with Vicki and Connie yesterday afternoon about the limited mobility "walking" tour. They said you did a FABULOUS job. That the tour was very "do-able". They did suggest to possibly do the fort at the beginning of the tour. I'm adding to the special instructions that if they are using a power chair that the battery should be at full charge. But in all, every person on the tour was really glad that they did it. And that you were willing to accept the challenge of the group's needs. They also made comment that you were a very caring person... making the extra effort to stop in areas where there was shade, and mentioned stopping in the air conditioning "air flow" outside the government building.
Potted plants on the sidewalk seemed to be the only problem they really encountered. But they felt that wasn't a big issue - made for a good laugh though. She also sent along some pictures. Great job on this tour too!!
