Victor - Our San Juan Answer Man

Our CLF Acapulco section has the ACA Port Dude, and now the San Juan area has Victor - also known as tour46.

Tour46 is a resident of San Juan and also a tour guide there, so he should know all the good places to see and things to do! He has agreed to be our resident unofficial expert on San Juan.

So, if you have questions about San Juan, just post them in the San Juan Forum of Cruise Places, and Victor will be glad to help!

Thank you, Victor!

Thanks to all of you and all the members that are interested in visiting my city.
You know sometimes there are activities that are near and free that visitors to San Juan can take advantage of, so please let me know when you will be around, I`ll glady tell you about it. Infact chances have it, that I`ll be there.
Take care.

Hi Hanna, November 6 falls on a Tuesday and every Tuesday at Fort San Cristobal at 6 pm you can see a folkloric show for about an hour.
Get there earlier so you can walk around the fort, say about 4 :30.
Its not like a big fancy show but these musicians, dancers and singers do a great show. Here is a short preview:

Victor .... What can you tell me PLEASE about that "Duck Tour" out of San Juan? I'm thinking it could be a FUN and INTERESTING thing for my grandchildren.

Your opinion would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Lulu. yes, http://www.captainduck.com/ is something to do with the kids. These vehicle departs from a street in old San Juan (near pier #4) and drives around for awhile and then goes into the water. The part I like best is when it gets close to the fort and the cruise ships.
The tour guides there are wondeful and child oriented. This makes the tour interesting. They conduct the tour in Spanish and English. It`s about 90 minutes.
Definitely call to make reservations they are usually busy.
Have fun.....
