Definitely Old San Juan, the Contado district, and the fort! Also, in Old San Juan a Coach and a Dooney and Bourke outlet with the newest items! Great jewelry bargains also but not as good as St. Maarten which is the best ever. Try Caribbean Gems and Princess Jewelry there.
