i would like to know opinions on hotels in puerto rico if anyone has stayed there. would like info such as cleanliness, pool or beach and noise. i am trying to find a hotel and have been reading a lot of bad reviews on these hotels. any info would be awesome.

what can I tell you one day somebody writes this hotel is good and the next day someone writes that the same hotels is bad.

Yes, it's true that everyone's opinion is different. Our last stay was at the Hotel Milano in Old San Juan. It was not on the beach, rather in the middle of the Old San Juan area. It was a small boutique hotel that we chose for our pre-cruise stay. The evenings were lively with parties in the streets just down the road, without being too loud or making one nervous. When I travel, I prefer to emerge myself in the culture.
