Thread: Planning a visit to Puerto Rico

Hello Nealberk, the airport has a taxi dispatcher right outside the baggage area that assures the correct rate and even a receipt for a transfer to the ship. A cab can seat about 4 persons at about $25 to the ship...(luggage is extra).

Thank you! And, personal opinion, if we want to get in a day early what hotel would you suggest. Nothing too fancy, midpriced.

We too are looking at coming in a day early before our cruise (and possibly staying the day we disembark too) Did the same day flying in & out the last time we left out of here and alot of stress/rushing was involved. Not a nice way to start or end a cruise.
So any suggestions on hotels in the medium price range is welcomed.

Its a quiant little place but I recommend Canario by the Lagoon.
