'Bout right! just normal caution with jewelry & cash but do remember some places ain't the same as others. You WILL see what we mean about the people trying to sell you stuff, very pushy in JAM.

If you are white, American, or over weight, the locals will view you as RICH and living well. Meat on the bones is a sign of good living not bad eating. If you don't want something say NO as it was your ex-wife is asking for more alimony payment to support her boy toy with a six pack, strong arms, muscles and , half your age. Also living in the house that you bought and driving the car you are still making payment on. Can you feel the NO coming, just the No not the *&%$#%$#@& SOB :-)!

As for the pushiness, we are who we are but also proud, funny, and friendly. Jamaica is a place like no other because in one moment you have breathtaking beauty laced with heart sickening poverty. Go without judgment and you will leave loving it or hating it but feeling truly blessed for what you have.
