    Ruby Princess 2/21/09

Has anyone been on this ship yet? We just booked for February 21st and were wondering how she is. We usually like smaller ships, but decided to give this one a try. Thanks!
Philly is a city where Eagles are the topic of all conversations all year.Meals consists of Yuengling, cheesesteaks, soft pretzels, & Tasty Kakes. Its where there's a Wawa on every corner & you look forward to the 1st day of Spring when Rita's gives out free "wooder" ice.Its where you know its the shore not the beach & a hoagie not a sub.Its where you know sprinkles as jimmies. Outsiders will never understand!.....

    Travelling on the Ruby

Will be going on the Jan 03/09 cruise. Keep in touch and we will let you know how she is! Anyone who has been on her so far please let us know. We are taking our 15yr old son too! She looks pretty fancy!

It's been on only a couple of sailings so far. Hopefully as people return home from sailing on the Ruby, they'll post their impressions about the ship.

My DH and I were on the maiden voyage. It was our first cruise and were very impressed by the beauty of the ship and the high quality staff. It was a wonderful experience. It was THE most relaxing vacation we have ever had.

(One couple, who were experienced cruisers, complained that maiden cruise parties at each port didn't happen. Hurricane Paloma did happen and changed the cruise route.)

Here are some pics of La Piazza, one of my favorite places on the ship.
