Hello, My name is Lee, I was born in Darby PA. This is to say hello and ask a question. First what is up with McNabb? Talk about hot and cold. I am reading trip reports but as a first time cruiser I am confused. we have booked a 12 night on Brilliance of the Seas (Nov 2009). We booked with an agency on-line and it is all inclusive (flight, hotels, transfers, tips). We paid $4,400. If RCL reduces the cost of our D1 or offers better prices on upgrades will I be able to take advantage of them? Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi Luckybluesman! If RC drop off the prices then your travel agent have to aply it to you. Call your agent right now!

Arnaldo is right. If Royal Caribbean reduces the fare then you will benefit from the price reduction.
When you notice a price drop contact your travel agent to make sure they apply the reduction to your cruise package.
A D1 cabin is also a very nice size cabin, Congratulations

Hi Lee, I'm sorry if it was my Trip Report that confused you. When we booked with RCI directly our price on airfare was a discounted fare of $750 per person from Philadelphia to Barcelona. When the price for the cruise dropped, they would give us the price, but not discounted airfare since that was a special. Basically, we'd get the price reduction on the cabin's cost, but a price increase to $1,050 for airfare. Which is why we booked our own airfare. I hope this clears up any confusion that my Trip Report may have created.

As to McNabb, I think he's like that every year, but don't tell anyone I said that since I'm not an Eagles Fan!

Thank you It's my wish that everyone has great luck on the machines I also hope you don't miss any ports...maybe that was a fluke? I have to get to Malta; missing that port really was disappointing! But what can you do?
