Could not agree more Neal. It is all about trying to help others enjoy their cruise experience as much as possible.

I am going to rave about the mushroom risotto - I love risotto, but not a massive mushroom fan - I could not stop eating it! Phenomenal!

Now when someone says they ate a lot of something they do not normally care all that much for says a lot about the preperation. Thanks for the input.

Were you able to get reservations once onboard? I just booked all my "My Time" dining today, but did not reserve any specailty locations.

You should not have a problem booking a specialty resaurant once onboard. We usually book one the first evening after we get settled in the cabin and have necer had a problem.

Not to worry! Like Mike, we booked Giovanni's Table once on the ship!

Do suggest you to go to make reservations the day you board ... especially, if you have a day and dinner time you want.
